Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are best, and you can book online or by phone. We take walk-ins when a chair is open.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before. Late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-shows are charged in full.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Every product we use and sell is certified cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
Do you offer a new-client discount?
First-time clients get 20 percent off one service, applied at checkout on your first visit.
How should I prepare for a color appointment?
Come with freshly washed, product-free hair and a reference photo or two if you have them.
